Ring Size Guide

Finding your ring size is simple — and getting it right means your piece arrives ready to wear, ready to give.

How to measure

Measure a ring you own. Place a ring that fits the intended finger over the circles below (on desktop) or match its inside diameter to the chart. The inside edge of the ring should line up exactly with the circle.

Use string or a strip of paper. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimeters — that is your finger's circumference. Match it to the chart below.

Get sized by a jeweler. Any local jeweler will measure you in under a minute, usually free of charge. This is the most accurate option, especially for a surprise proposal.

Tips for the perfect fit

  • Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest.
  • Your dominant hand's fingers run slightly larger — measure the exact finger that will wear the ring.
  • Wider bands fit more snugly; if you are between sizes, choose the larger one.
  • Cold weather shrinks fingers slightly, warmth expands them — aim for a fit that slides on with gentle resistance and stays put with a light shake.
