Certification
Our lab-grown diamonds are authenticated by AGI, an independent gemological laboratory in New York.
Pieces marked AGI-certified on their product page include an Authentication Report documenting:
- Confirmation the stone is lab-grown
- Carat weight
- Color and clarity grades
- Cut, polish, and symmetry — graded as the mounting permits
Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The report describes the stone in your piece, not a generic grade range — so the G color, VS clarity on the product page is what's in the box.
Keep the authentication card that arrives with your piece. If you ever need a second copy of your report, contact us with your order number.
Our Guarantee
Every piece is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If it's not right — including a manufacturing defect you spot on arrival — you get a full refund. See Returns & Exchanges for the details.
Beyond 30 days, we don't offer an extended warranty. Our supplier's guarantee is 30 days, and we won't promise what we can't back. What we will do: if something goes wrong with your piece down the line, write to us and we'll help you figure out the honest fix — whether that's a local jeweler repair or a replacement at cost.
